If you are not happy with your service provided, you may request a re-clean within 3 days of the initial clean. The re-clean will be performed within 5 days of notice. We do not offer refunds.

Cancellation Policy

We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a clean. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in fee of 50% of the original service cost.

When pricing a job, we consider a variety of factors including :

What's the booking process?

Step 1: Schedule a walkthrough

This 15 minute appointment will allow our staff to become aquainted with the space, take any measurements needed, take notes if necessary, and discuss expectations for the job

Cleaning services may not be scheduled until a walkthrough is performed and a quote is agreed upon.

A quote will be given within the same working day as the walkthrough is completed.

Step 2: Approve Quote, and sign the Cleaning Agreement

During the walkthrough, we will go over all of the details of the agreements. Paperwork is to be signed prior to beginning services.

Step 3: Initial Deep Clean (for residential cleaning only)

Prior to commencing regular services, an initial deep clean must be performed to bring the home up to standard.

If your home isn't pristine after this deep clean, we didn't do our job. If you are unhappy with your clean for any reason we will come back within 48 hours and make it right.

Step 4: Schedule your cleaning days
